Delete Data Directly from the App
The fastest and easiest way to manage your data
OneCareSync gives you full control over your data. You can delete any health records, profiles, tasks, or other data directly from within the app - no need to contact support!
Quick Access: Open the app and navigate to the specific data you want to delete. Each section has delete options available.
What You Can Delete from the App
You have complete control to delete the following data directly within OneCareSync:
Health Readings
Delete individual health readings such as blood pressure, glucose, temperature, weight, and more.
Go to Health Board > Select reading > Delete
Tasks & Schedules
Remove scheduled tasks, medication reminders, and care activities from your timeline.
Go to Tasks > Select task > Delete Task
Family Profiles
Delete family member profiles along with all their associated health data and history.
Go to Profiles > Select profile > Delete Profile
Custom Tests & Medications
Remove custom health tests and medications you've added to your account.
Go to Settings > Custom Tests/Medications > Delete
Note: Deleting data from the app permanently removes it from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

If you are unable to delete data from the app or need assistance, our support team is here to help. We can manually process data deletion requests for you.

Send us an email with your deletion request and we'll process it within 7 business days.

- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Your full name as registered in the app
- Specify what data you want deleted (specific records, profiles, or all data)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Data Retention After Deletion
When you delete your data (either from the app or via support request):
- Data is permanently removed from our active systems immediately
- Backup copies are purged within 30 days
- Anonymized analytics data (non-identifying) may be retained
- Certain data may be retained if required by law
