Welcome to OneCareSync ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how NeuralNest Solutions Pvt Ltd collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our OneCareSync mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
OneCareSync is a family health tracking and record-keeping application that allows users to log health readings, track medications, manage appointments, and share health information with family members and caregivers. The app is intended for personal wellness tracking only.

When you register for an account, we collect:

2.2 Health Information
To provide our health tracking services, we collect health data that YOU manually enter, including:

Note: All health data is entered manually by users. We do not automatically collect health data from medical devices or integrate with medical equipment.

We automatically collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, app version, IP address, and timezone settings to provide and improve our services.
2.4 AI-Powered Features and Third-Party AI Services
OneCareSync offers optional AI-powered features that use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate health insights. These features include:
- AI Health Summary: Generates an overview of health readings and care activity over a selected period
- AI Template Assistant: Creates structured care task templates from natural-language descriptions
- AI Quick Task: Parses a short task description and auto-fills task fields
- AI Task Suggestions: Recommends care tasks based on common health routines
What data is sent to the AI service:
- Anonymized health readings (blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar, weight, SpO2, heart rate)
- Anonymized medication logs (real medication names are replaced with generic labels such as "Medication A")
- Task completion statistics
- Anonymized caretaker activity (real names are replaced with generic labels such as "Caretaker A")
- Age of the family member profile
What is NOT sent:
- Names of users, family members, or caretakers
- Email addresses or account credentials
- Profile IDs or other unique identifiers
- Real medication names, doctor names, or hospital names
- Dates of birth or contact information
Third-party AI service provider: These AI features are powered by Google LLC through their Gemini AI API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com). When you use an AI feature, the anonymized data described above is transmitted to Google's servers for processing. Google's handling of this data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and their Generative AI Terms of Service.
User control: AI features are entirely opt-in. Before using any AI feature for the first time, you will be asked to review and consent to this data sharing. If you decline, the AI features will not be available but all other app functionality will continue to work normally. You can revoke your consent at any time by navigating to your account settings within the app, which will disable AI features going forward.
3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
USER-ENTERED DATA: All health readings and information in OneCareSync are entered manually by users. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health data entered into the app.
NO CLINICAL VALIDATION: The health data displayed in the app has not been clinically validated and should not be used for medical decision-making. Charts, trends, and statistics are for informational purposes only.
USER RESPONSIBILITY: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data they enter. Incorrect data entry may lead to misleading trends or statistics. Always verify health readings with appropriate medical devices and healthcare professionals.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for:
- Service Provision: To provide, maintain, and improve our health tracking features
- Data Storage: To securely store your health records for your personal reference
- Communication: To send notifications, reminders, and important updates
- Report Generation: To create health reports you can share with healthcare providers

When you explicitly grant access to caregivers or family members through our Care Circle sharing features, they can view the health data you choose to share. You control who has access and can revoke access at any time.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service (e.g., cloud hosting, email services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
AI Service Providers
When you opt in to AI-powered features, anonymized health data (as described in Section 2.4) is sent to Google LLC via their Gemini AI API for processing. Personal identifiers are removed before transmission. Google processes this data solely to generate the AI response and does not use it for advertising. See Section 2.4 for full details on what data is and is not shared.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change and your choices regarding your information.

OneCareSync allows parents and guardians to track health information for their children as part of family health management. However:

- Parents/guardians may create profiles for their minor children under their own account
- We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13
- If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly
